Content Sense

Terms of Service

Last updated 4 September 2026

ContentSense is a private tool operated by one person for their own use. It turns an idea into a vertical video, and cuts long recordings into short ones, so that the operator can review the result and decide whether to post it. These terms describe what it does and who is answerable for it.

1. Who this is for

ContentSense is not a public service. Accounts are created by the operator; there is no sign-up, and the panel is unreachable without an account. If you are reading this because you are reviewing an application for API access, the entire user base is the operator.

2. What the service does

3. Nothing is published without a person

Every video reaches a review stage and waits there. Uploads to TikTok use the video.upload scope, which places the video in the account's inbox as an unposted draft. Publishing it is a separate act performed by the account holder inside the TikTok app. ContentSense cannot post publicly on anyone's behalf, and is not built to.

4. Content is generated by AI, and that is the operator's responsibility

Scripts, images and narration are produced by third-party AI models. They can be wrong, misleading, derivative, or unsuitable, and no automated check catches all of that. The operator is responsible for reviewing every video before it goes anywhere, for disclosing AI-generated content where a platform requires it, and for holding whatever rights are needed in any source recording they upload.

5. Third-party platforms

Where ContentSense connects to another platform, that platform's own terms apply in full and are not displaced by these. Connecting a TikTok account means granting ContentSense a token to upload drafts to it; that grant can be withdrawn at any time from within the panel or from TikTok's own settings, and withdrawing it stops all uploads immediately.

6. Availability and warranty

The service is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It runs on a single server, depends on paid third-party APIs, and may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn without notice. Generation costs real money per run; the operator bears it.
